Homage will be paid to Sniffin Glue Magazine and the style of punk in series of wall hangings that will include photography and symbols of punk iconology. Jill is collaborating on these with fashion house, The Earl of Bedlam and artist, Neil Simon.
Jill says, “I am delighted to be showcasing A Chunk of Punk at the Barbican Music Library. I have been inspired to delve deep into my archives to celebrate the creative energy and inclusiveness of the Punk movement summed up by Mark Ps famous dictum – If you can play three chords you can form a band – It is echoed by my own experience – If you train for two weeks you can be a photographer!”
