DESCRIPTION:Saturday 28th March 2020\nHolborn Studios\, 59- 65 Eagle Wharf Rd\, London N1 7ED \n The Style Council was a band of its time\, but in many ways\, ahead of it. The maverick soul collective wasn’t afraid to mix their styles\, look\, sound\, as well as the musicians throughout their 6 year tenure as one of UK’s most forward thinking bands. \nFounders Paul Weller and Mick Talbot\, who had both been in previous bands of differing success\, approached their new venture in 1983\, with a new thinking\, new ideals and a total anti-rock outlook\, with European Modernism at its pulsating heart. \nThey were soon joined by D.C.
